Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we provide international shipping to selected countries. During checkout, you can enter your delivery address to check if we deliver to your location and view the applicable shipping costs.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping within Singapore. For international orders, free shipping is available on purchases over SGD 250.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status and delivery of your package.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen during shipping?
